The Scope of Work:
The project comprises a multipurpose hall, stage, VIP lounge, Entrance reception, green room offices, electrical room, toilet facilities, and hall with long corridors for entrance. Most of the area is central air conditioned with air handling, outdoor units on roof with ducted split system inside, except a few location with split Air conditioners 80% area is provided with false ceiling with CCTV, projector, structure cabling, satellite TV works dimming control for hall, stage and VIP areas, stage and hall areas with acoustics wall paneling fabrication.
External Works:
Comprising, drainage, holding tank, telephone ducting with manholes, electrical manholes, power cabling, water supply lines HPVC lines. With metering, accommodating the main panel, with distribution boards for power, lighting control in an electrical room inside the building. Compound wall approximately 300m with automatic gate system, traffic barrier automatic with additional controls, 13 no’s steel structure car parks with interlock and road marking with road kerbs. Also, repair facilities to existing wali office compound in front and providing gate, with modification to the existing compound wall with a painting.
